The King in Yellow; a scandalous play of mysterious origin, has been rediscovered! The play is notorious for driving those exposed to it insane, in unpredictable and unforeseen ways. Banned over two hundred years ago by the civilized governments of the world, all copies were confiscated and destroyed. Yet it has somehow survived, likely through secret performances and under false titles.
